Auf Lagern, Leitertrainings und Jamborees sollen Kontakte zwischen Pfadfinder hergestellt und zu ihrer Pflege beigetragen werden. <br /> <br /> Als Unterorganisation der WFIS World-wide wird bereits 1999 WFIS-Europe und 2001 WFIS-North America gegründet. Jede Pfadfinder-Organisation (Verband oder Gruppe) kann Mitglied bei WFIS werden, wenn sie nicht Mitglied in einer der anderen Weltorganisationen ist.
